Protecting His Pet by Measha Stone for 99 cents!

'

He would protect her from the world, but who would protect her from him?

BLURB

After her brother’s life of crime is brought to a sudden end, twenty-two-year-old Kara Jennings fears she may be the next target of the men who killed him. It comes as a shock, however, when she is taken captive by a mysterious man who promises to keep her safe but quickly demonstrates that he will not hesitate to punish her in any way he sees fit if she disobeys him.

Devin Stinger is certain there is something important that Kara is refusing to share with him—something related to her brother’s death—and he is fully prepared to be as firm as necessary to get her to tell him the truth, even if that means stripping her bare, spanking her hard and thoroughly, and keeping her caged like a pet.

Despite her shame at being made to kneel naked at her captor’s feet, eat from his hand, and surrender her body to him completely, Devin’s dominance leaves Kara helplessly aroused and yearning for him to master her even more thoroughly. When he brings her to the edge of an intense climax only to leave her desperate and wanting, her need for him to claim her properly compels Kara to confess the secret her brother shared with her before his death. But will that information help Devin protect his beautiful pet or will it ultimately put her in greater danger?

Publisher’s Note: Protecting His Pet includes spankings, sexual scenes, extensive pet play, elements of BDSM, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

“Time for your shower.” He grinned and started to head back toward the house.
“Here?” she called to him, and he didn’t bother responding. He’d just tied her to a fucking tree, where did she think she was having it?
It was pretty warm for a fall day, which was good—for her.
Her eyes widened and her mouth dropped open when he headed back toward her carrying the hose in one hand and a bucket in the other.
“No. No. Not a hose.”
Funny how she thought she had the right to demand anything from him at that moment. After she’d sliced him. After she’d spit at him. After she’d fought and clawed at him. Between the two of them, she had been the most violent.
“Oh, yes, the hose. That’s how I clean my pets, peaches.” Her intake of breath at how he referred to her wasn’t lost on him. Such a little sound really. Most men wouldn’t even notice it, but not Devin. No, he not only noticed it, he basked in those little sounds. The hums, the shocked gasps, the painful cries, the soft murmurs of pleasure, all if it stroked his arousal to an almost painful point.
“I-I’m sorry if I hurt you.” Her apology came fast, her eyes never leaving the bucket as he began to fill it with water. A bar of soap floated in the chilly water along with a rag he’d tossed in there. He was going to enjoy cleaning her.
“I’m sure you are,” he agreed, tilting his head to look up at her. “That doesn’t change much, though, I’m afraid. You see, actions have consequences.” He lifted up his left arm, where the injury was hidden beneath the sleeve of his t-shirt. “Even when you’re sorry. I’ll give you a word of advice. Take your punishment like a good girl, and you’ll start earning your privileges back.” Bubbles formed in the water, and he turned off the spray from the hose, closing the gap between them.
“Just let me go. I just want to go home.” She stomped her foot in the dirt. Her bare foot made no sound against the earth beneath it, but the dirt kicked up a bit. He looked down at the few particles that landed on his boot.
“Now you’re kicking dirt at me?” It was cruel to add that to her list of transgressions, but the beast within him was slowly making its way off its leash.
“No.” Her curls flew from side to side as she shook her head. “No, Please. I—” She screamed when the cold water from the hose hit her naked body. She jumped back, but the leash didn’t give her much room to move away.
“What was that?”
She twisted away, but the water caught her. “C-cold! Too cold!” she screamed.
“I bet it is,” he nodded in agreement, aiming the hose for her chest. Her nipples tightened into stiff peaks with the chilled water hitting her. He couldn’t have planned for a sexier sight. She tried to close her arms, to protect her breasts, but they were tied overhead. He softened the stream and stepped closer, watching the water fall over her heavy breasts and roll down her flat stomach toward that little patch of hair he had admired earlier. He let go of the handle, stopping the water for a moment. “Turn around. I want to get your back.”
“No!” she refused.
He turned the water back on and aimed the stream at her hardened nipples. She squealed, twisted, and turned, but couldn’t get away from him. Damn, his dick was hard.
“Turn around.” He gave her another chance, aiming the stream to the side.
“I hate you,” she affirmed once more, then slowly turned so her ass faced him.
He nearly groaned at the sight of her round ass. Only a few welts were still showing from the belting he’d given her the night before, but other than that her creamy skin was completely unflawed. Of course he’d remedy that after her shower. The girl still had a punishment coming. A hard punishment.
“You can hate me all you want. Won’t change what’s coming.” He rinsed off her back then stepped closer, wrapping his hand to her front and cupping her chin. Pulling it back, he began to gently spray her hair. Her breath hitched, but soon adjusted to the new chill. “Now you need soap,” he whispered in her ear.

Here's an excerpt...

She let the information sink into her mind. Slaves.  The terminology of everything she’d read over the past few days stuck with her, and she didn't think she could ever consider herself a slave.  She didn’t mind the term, and she thought no less of anyone who would categorize themselves as such, but she wasn’t sure she fit in that mold. One idea that she engrained in herself over the last two weeks was that she was not the freak she’d originally believed. She was no weakling, either. No one could submit themselves onto another person's will and be weak. It took strength. And a hell of a lot of trust.
“That might be interesting to see.” She nodded. Very interesting, especially if the play were to all be in the public viewing area, she’d be able to see what she wanted to see without having to get too involved with anyone.  She just needed to get the membership approved as quickly as possible.   “Do you think I’ll be able to get my membership in order by then?”
“I wasn't telling you about the auction because I want you to view it.” He folded his hands in front of himself, where she could see the obvious bulge in his jeans. Had their short interaction been as intoxicating to him as it was to her?  “I told you about the auction because if after I’ve finished with you here, you decide you’d like that distraction- that rebound- the auction is as good a place as any to get on with it.  But understand, that if you come to the auction. If your pretty ass is standing on the auction block. I will buy you. I will own you.”

Who wants to read an excerpt from Surrendered on the Frontier? I know I do, luckily Jane Henry has brought one to my blog. Come and Join us!

So happy to have you here today Jane with your new release Surrendered on the Frontier.

Here's the blurb...

After the untimely death of her harsh, overbearing husband left her a widow at the age of twenty-three, Ruth Watson vowed that she would never depend on a man again, let alone submit to one. The hard world of the frontier is no easy place for a woman to make her own way, however, and when the tough, handsome Samuel Stanley takes it upon himself to look out for her, Ruth is ashamed to find that a part of her longs to surrender to his firm but loving dominance.

Though Samuel itches to tame the headstrong Ruth, he is able to hold himself back until she loses her temper and hurts her best friend. Seeing her riddled with guilt, he at last puts the beautiful little spitfire over his knee and spanks her hard and thoroughly. The stern punishment leaves Ruth not only properly chastened, but burning with passion as well, and when Samuel takes her in his arms she yields completely to his mastery of her body.

Samuel makes it clear that from now on Ruth’s impetuous behavior will have consequences, but in her heart she wonders if he will grow tired of protecting her from both herself and the dangers of the frontier. Can she bring herself to trust him to be the man she has always needed, or will her fears bring an end to their blossoming romance?

Publisher’s Note: Surrendered on the Frontier is a stand-alone sequel to Claimed on the Frontier. It includes spankings and sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

Here's an Excerpt...

. “I feel awful. Just awful.” The anger from earlier, the feeling of helplessness, and the weight that saddled my shoulders seemed insurmountable. I wanted to climb into bed and pull the quilt over my head. I wanted to never get out of that bed again. I deserved to be punished for such a wicked act against my closest friend, and the guilt I felt was consuming me. I covered my face with my hands, tears seeping through my fingers. “She's so good to me,” I choked, as the tears flowed. “She's with child, and  I struck her. What a wicked, wicked thing. I feel so guilty, Samuel,” I said to him. “I ought to be whipped for such a thing.”
His arms came around me then, and he pulled me into his chest. One large hand stroked my hair as he held me. “I wouldn't say whipped,” he said, and his voice was softer than I expected. “But little Ruth, I've long since thought that my hand across your backside would do you a world of good.”
I sniffled onto his chest as he held me. Just now, Pearl had told me Aaron would've taken her across his knee. She said it with a laugh, even. Would I feel better if he spanked me?
He'd told me he wouldn't raise a hand to me, because of my past.
But would he if I asked? I pulled back from him.
“Samuel?”
He nodded, smoothing the dampened hair back from my forehead.
“Would you...spank me if I told you that I knew I deserved it? And I wouldn't... be angry with you? I feel guilty,” I said. “I ought to be spanked.”
His eyes focused on mine a minute. He was contemplating. He finally spoke after what seemed a very long time.
“You want me to spank you?”
I closed my eyes and nodded. I couldn't look at him.
“Fair enough,” he said.
I swallowed, fear racing across my chest and a surprising jolt of arousal at his stern but calm demeanor. “Now?” I whispered.
He released me, pulled a chair from the table, placed it in the center of the room, and sat heavily, his large legs spread apart. I looked at his lap and wondered what it would feel like to lay across his knees like a naughty child. He would not make me. He would not forcefully pull me across his lap.
Samuel patted his knee. “Come now, little Ruth,” he said softly. “Come and lie yourself across my knee.”
He would not force me.
I would have to do it myself.

A sneak peak...

*Note: She is already blindfolded and restrained with headphones in*

Her heart beat rapidly, and every sense came alive, straining to learn what he was
doing—what he was going to do. The bed dipped again, this time on the other side. There was more movement, and then the music started again, much louder, stronger, something primal.

The music crashed as heat exploded on her stomach and she cried out, body writhing,
pulling away but then rising toward whatever it was. Whatever it was—then it dawned on her; it was wax. He was using a candle on her, dripping hot wax onto her oiled skin.
The heat was briefly intense, bordering on painful, then mellowing, spreading, sinking
into her. She drew a breath, waiting for the next drop.

She tried to gauge by the music when it would happen again, but the beat became
syncopated, erratic, rising and falling and, when the heat hit her, it took her by surprise. But her body reacted, took on a life of its own, hips rising, legs falling open against the ropes. The drops came faster, closer together. The pain didn't mellow quite as quickly; he wouldn't let it. She wanted it to stop, tossed her head from side to side, but arousal and heat swelled inside her, ready to burst. But just as the word 'red' rose to her lips, the pain changed, spread out, softened. She bit back the word, waiting for the next splash of heat, rising up on the bed, her orgasm building, heading toward some amazing peak.

Tiny pinpoint drops landed on her breasts, exquisite drops of pain that made her gasp, her body reacting instantly. The music rose, and so did her body, both reaching a crescendo and then the music ended, abruptly. And so did the heat on her skin. She lay gasping, the silence in her ears deafening, her body seeking release. He'd left her on the edge, teetering, aching. Elijah moved on the bed and she instinctively turned her head toward the movement, tugging on her restraints, aching for the next. The music rose suddenly, drowning out any sounds, growing louder. She wanted the heat, wanted the intense pain, the rush. She was sweating from the heat on her skin, from the heat that was building inside.

Cymbals crashed and she smiled, knowing the heat was coming, wanting it, craving it.
But it was cold instead, icy cold and wet, pressed against her nipple. She screamed, her
body pulling the ropes taut, goose bumps rising along her arms and legs. The fire that had built inside her rose up fierce and hot, and her hips rose off the bed, seeking release. The slap against her thigh was sharp and bright, stinging, breaking through her arousal, but doing nothing to diminish it. She gasped, her body thudding onto the bed.

He hadn't said… hadn't told her she couldn't come. But that must be what he wanted—
what she didn't understand.

The music still played, but the volume dropped considerably. There was movement
again, and then Elijah's breath was warm on her face. She could hear words, tried to focus on what he was saying.

"You do not come until I tell you to. As long as the music plays, you do not come. Nod if
you understand."

A bit about Katrina Kade...

Hi! So my name is Katrina, and I’m a part time erotica author, who attends classes during the day, and writes dirty romantic erotica by night. When I’m not in school studying photography, I also work as a portrait photographer at a small local studio near the beaches of Florida.

Some fun facts about me are that I love apple martinis (I just turned 21, so I can’t get enough of them) and I love Star Wars, The Vampire Diaries, the Originals, The Walking Dead and Smallville. I’m a gamer girl too. Animals are close to my heart, and I have a 3-month-old bearded dragon named Yoda (he’s green and white) and a spaz of a dog named Nala who is a Terrier/Pomeranian mix, but I digress.

My favorite thing to do is to write sexy stories that will melt your panties off, and emotional stories that will make you cry, and rejoice when the hero gets the girl in the end.
