This week week I’m posting from Double Trouble again. After Becky tearfully explained to Ryan why Tracy’s fall was all her fault she insists that he spank her.
“Ryan!”
she said surprised. “Tracy would never have fallen if it wasn't for
me. It was all my fault.”
“You
handled a lot of things badly today.” He said weighing his words
carefully. “But you didn't push Tracy.”
“I
NEED this.” Becky said, her eyes filled with overflowing tears. “I
need you to make me feel normal again, happy. I was so out of control
that I scared myself and I don't want to ever feel like that again. I
need to feel better. I need to feel like I'm not a terrible person.”
Ryan sighed. “Ok.” he said. “But I'm only using my hand. You
already had the belt last night honey. Another thing? There's no way
that you have ever been a terrible person.”

I really like Ryan. He wants to reassure Becky with loving affection, but that isn't what she needs, so he'll do what he needs to in order to get her centered again. Even so, he lets her know he's not doing this to punish her. Really great snippet, Connie.

DeleteI really like the snippets from this book. You can feel the emotion between them, the characters are so likable and there's spanking. Very nice Constance.

DeleteI love this excerpt, it shows that sometimes it's more the sub's need to be punished that is addressed in a spanking rather than the Dom's need to punish.

DeleteThis is the perfect example of what domestic discipline really is. A true HOH never spanks (for discipline) just because. He does it for all the internal reasons Becky just provided: I need you to make me feel normal again, happy.
